Welcome to Santosha Sacred Circle, an encouraging support group for everyone experiencing grief and any type of loss. Our space is inclusive and welcoming, where you can openly share the raw realities of your grief journey without fear of judgement. We passionately believe that grief is sacred and deserves to be witnessed, honored, and truly seen. We embrace the full spectrum of the grief journey — the ugly tears, big laughs, raw truths, and real talk. Led by Certified Grief Coach Elena Laning, our sessions kick off with a grounding exercise to center your heart and mind. After introductions, dive into a thought-provoking journal prompt or discussion question designed to inspire reflection and self-inquiry. You're warmly invited to share your thoughts with the group, but remember, sharing is always optional and confidential.
